  Payment: Self Pay (Cash, Check, or Charge)  
  Note: Returned checks will result in bank fees plus a $20 convenience fee, and further checks will not be accepted.  
     
  Groups are run by Heather Meisel, PhD.
Her range of experience and training will make your group therapy experience productive and memorable.
 
     
   
  Anger Management (12 or 24 weeks, 1 time each week for 1.5 hrs)  
    One $70 intake, then $30 per session  
    Mondays from 6:00pm to 7:30pm  
     
   
  Substance Abuse (12 weeks, 1 time each week for 1.5 hours)  
    One $70 intake, then $30 per session  
    Tuesdays from 6:00pm to 7:30pm  
     
   
  Gambling Addiction (12 weeks, 1 time each week for 1.5 hours)  
    One $70 intake, then $30 per session  
    Tuesdays from 4:00pm to 5:30pm  
     
   
  Parenting With Dignity (8 weeks, 1 time each week for 2 hours)  
    Free intake with payment of the first session, then $30 per session  
    Mondays from 9:00am to 11:00am  
     
   
  Sexual Assault Survivors (12 wks, 1 time each week for 1.5 hrs)  
    One $50 intake, then $30 per session  
    Thursdays from 6:00pm to 7:30pm  
     
   
  Domestic Violence Survivors (12 wks, 1 time each week for 1.5 hrs)  
    One $50 intake, then $30 per session  
    Tuesdays from 4:00pm to 5:30pm  
     
   
 

 

 

 
   
  Anger Management  
    This course focuses on developing a variety of assertiveness skills including communication, healthy expressions of feelings, identifying triggers and physiological warning signs, stress management and conflict resolution.  
     
  Gambling  
    This course focuses on the treatment of problem gambling and the stages of recovery to break the cycle. This course also targets both root issues that lead to problem gambling and relapse prevention.  
     
  Substance Abuse  
    This course focuses on the treatment of chemical abuse and dependency, stages of chemical use, signs and symptoms of addiction, damaging consequences of alcohol/drugs on the individual, family, & society, as well as strategies for abstinence and relapse prevention.  
     
  Parenting With Dignity  
    This course focuses on helping parents become better parents and have strategies in place to help their children succeed in society. This group focuses on children from 1 year to 17 years old. With enough interest, we will divide this group by age: Children ages 1-12 and Teens 13- 17 years old.  
     
  Sexual Assault Survivors  
    This is a support group to help men and women who have been sexually assaulted at any age. This group will focus on ways to heal and help them move forward with their life after a sexual assault happens. This group will be divided between men and women as the need arises.  
     
  Domestic Violence Survivors  
    This is a support group to help men and women who have been the victim of domestic violence. The group will focus on ways to help victims begin to heal and move forward with their life to become survivors. This group will be divided between men and women as the need arises.
